Access to Forge

When you purchase Forge, you are purchasing access to the Forge program and its content, not ownership of the content itself.

Forge content includes, but is not limited to, training programs, videos, drills, training schedules, guides, PDFs, downloadable materials, graphics, lessons, educational resources, written materials, systems, methodologies, community content, and other digital resources made available through Forge.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Forge content for your own personal development.

The scope, duration, permitted uses, restrictions, and conditions of your access are governed by these Terms. Whop provides the platform and payment-processing infrastructure associated with your purchase but does not grant ownership of, or rights in, Forge content.

Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All Forge content, including copyrights, trademarks, branding, training systems, programs, educational materials, videos, graphics, written materials, and other intellectual property, remains the property of Efford Elite or the applicable rights holder.

Forge content is provided solely for the personal use of the player associated with the purchase and, where applicable, the player's parent or legal guardian.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, screen-record, commercially exploit, upload, share, or otherwise redistribute Forge content without prior written permission from Efford Elite.

You may not share your Forge login or account access with other individuals or use Forge content to create, operate, or contribute to a competing paid course, membership, training program, service, or digital product.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, distribution, or use of Forge content may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may constitute infringement of Efford Elite's intellectual-property rights.

Players Under 18

Forge is available to youth football players. If the individual using Forge is under 18 years old, the purchase and participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

By purchasing Forge for a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the minor accessing the program.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for supervising a minor's participation and determining whether particular training activities are appropriate for that player.

Training, Education, and Results

Forge is an educational football-development program designed to provide players with training information, guidance, systems, and resources.

Individual results will vary based on numerous factors, including age, ability, health, training consistency, playing environment, coaching, competition level, opportunities, effort, execution, decision-making, and individual circumstances.

Forge does not guarantee that participation in the program will result in a professional contract, scholarship, academy placement, trial, team selection, increased playing time, specific level of performance improvement, or any other particular football outcome.

Testimonials, player success stories, case studies, examples, and results presented by Forge represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another player will achieve the same or similar results.

Physical Training and Assumption of Responsibility

Forge may include football training, strength training, speed work, conditioning, technical exercises, mobility work, and other forms of physical activity.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of safely performing any activity contained within Forge and for adjusting training appropriately based on your circumstances.

You should discontinue any activity that causes unexpected pain, illness, dizziness, injury, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional assistance where necessary.

Forge content is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or professional healthcare advice.

Payments and Whop

Purchases of Forge are processed through Whop and its payment-processing infrastructure.

By completing a purchase, you may also be subject to Whop's applicable Buyer Terms, payment terms, policies, and other conditions governing transactions conducted through its platform.

Whop may charge payment-processing, transaction, currency-conversion, or other applicable fees in connection with a transaction. These fees are governed by Whop's applicable terms and policies.

All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms or required by applicable law. Whop or its applicable payment providers may change payment-processing fees from time to time with advance notice, and applicable fees may be displayed prior to a future transaction.

Efford Elite does not control fees separately imposed by Whop, banks, card issuers, financial institutions, currency-conversion providers, or other third-party payment providers.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Forge offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the initial Forge enrollment purchase.

The calendar date on which your Forge purchase is completed is considered Day 1 of the 30-day period. To qualify for the guarantee, a refund request must be submitted no later than the end of Day 30.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period are not eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To request a refund, you must either submit a message through the Forge support channel or email joe@effordelite.com and clearly request cancellation and a refund. The date on which the refund request is received will determine whether the request falls within the 30-day period.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the refundable purchase price of Forge. Any separate fees charged to the buyer by Whop or another payment provider, including payment-processing fees, transaction fees, service fees, currency-conversion fees, card-processing fees, or other third-party charges, are not part of the Forge purchase price and are not refunded or reimbursed by Efford Elite to the extent those fees are non-refundable under Whop’s applicable terms or applicable law.

Approved refunds are processed through Whop and returned to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to Whop’s applicable payment-processing rules, refund procedures, and terms.

Efford Elite is not responsible for separately reimbursing any Whop fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, currency-conversion charges, payment-provider fees, or other third-party costs charged directly to the buyer in connection with the original purchase or refund.

Any processing fees, platform fees, or other costs assessed against Efford Elite by Whop in connection with the original transaction or refund will be governed by Whop’s applicable Seller Terms. Nothing in this Money-Back Guarantee creates an obligation for Efford Elite to reimburse a buyer for fees that were separately charged by Whop or another third party and are non-refundable under the applicable provider’s terms.

The amount of time required for an approved refund to appear in your account may depend on Whop, the applicable payment processor, your bank, financial institution, or card issuer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

Efford Elite reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Forge where reasonably necessary due to account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of content, fraudulent activity, harassment or abusive conduct, attempts to circumvent payment requirements, intellectual-property violations, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or conduct that materially harms Forge, Efford Elite, its members, or its community.

Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not create an automatic right to a refund, subject to applicable law and the refund rights expressly provided in these Terms.

Changes to Forge

Forge is an evolving educational program. We may periodically add, remove, modify, reorganize, replace, or update training programs, lessons, community features, resources, schedules, educational materials, or other aspects of Forge.

Purchasing access to Forge does not guarantee that every individual feature, resource, lesson, training program, or piece of content available at the time of purchase will remain permanently available or unchanged.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Forge, applicable laws, business practices, Whop policies, payment-processing requirements, or operational requirements.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will apply prospectively. The version of these Terms applicable at the time of a purchase will govern that purchase except where a later modification is legally permitted or agreed to.

Governing Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between you and Efford Elite with respect to your access to and use of Forge.

Whop's own terms and policies may separately govern payment processing, transactions, platform functionality, and other services supplied directly by Whop.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use Forge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the conditions governing your license to use Forge content, payment obligations, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, intellectual-property restrictions, and limitations regarding individual results.
