Joe signed with RCD Mallorca in Spain, continued his career in Belgium’s First Division with Waasland-Beveren, and later joined Motherwell FC in the Scottish Premiership, competing against some of the best in Europe.
His journey proves that success isn’t about luck or location — it’s about the right system, the right habits, and relentless consistency.
The Elite Accelerator is that same system — refined from the exact process Joe used to go from training alone in the U.S. to playing professionally on some of Europe’s biggest stages.
